       We have created an inivative schedule of classes inspired by the Lade Burke Method, Joseph PIlates, varied movements of dance, and a theraputic aproach to body alignment.

JBARRE Pilates

Strength, Stretch, Balance

 

A lengthening and strengthening program rooted in the principles of Pilates, but approached in a unique way through the fluid, and graceful movements of dance.

Think you know barre? Think again!

 

 A High energy class meant to bring you up to a whole new level by incorporating ballet barre and high bar. Focus is on upper body and core strength, as well as stamina and posture.  *Gloves required for pull-up bar.

Chair Circuit

Cardio, strength and balance!

 

An anarobic strengthening workout focused on balance and body alignment. Props, including light and moderate weights are used to challenge your muscles in ways they've never been challenged!

Dance Fusion

Freedom of Movement!

 

A multi-genre, dance cardio workout. If you think you like Zumba, you will love Dance Fusion! Let go and embrace the freedom to move!

JBARRE Circuit

Full body fitness, 1 minute at a time!

 

A total body blast with 60 second intervals at 10 stations. Exercises focus on strength, cardio, and balance in short, high effort bursts. The perfect way to kickstart your fitness transformation or to get up and go after a long day!

30-minute and 60-minute classes available.
